By purchasing from Brucori you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. All products are intended for professional use only and must be handled by trained stylists who understand proper installation, maintenance, and care. Brucori is not responsible for any damage that results from incorrect application, improper use, chemical services, heat styling, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.
Most sales are final due to the nature of our products. However we will gladly accept a return or replacement request if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact customer service within forty eight hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so our team can review and assist. Approved returns or replacements will be handled fairly and promptly.
Shipping timelines may vary based on location and carrier. Brucori is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues that occur after the order is transferred to the carrier. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the shipping provider, responsibility for final delivery is transferred to that provider.
Brucori reserves the right to update pricing, product availability, and policy terms at any time. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products confirms your agreement to the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
